As an experienced professional Scott understands the needs of our clients during both the
design and construction phases of a project. He has been involved in numerous corporate
facility projects for fortune five hundred companies such as GTE Sylvania, Carmax, Golden
Steam Foods, SciCor Laboratories, Toyota, and General Motors. He has been the leading
senior project manager for several major real estate development projects including the
Castleton Business Park (125 acre industrial development), Cross Creek Development (90
acre mixed use development) and Allison Pointe Development (50 Acre commercial office
park) from the initial infrastructure through final building construction. He has also managed
the design, development and construction of several multi million dollar planned unit
development projects including Canal Side, Watermark, Summers Bend, the Island Club,
Iron Wood Estates and Cross Creek.
His commercial project experience includes the construction of several office buildings
and regional shopping centers with major tenants including ( Marsh, Kroger, K-Mart, Walmart)
and the construction of petroleum storage, processing and retail distribution facilities
for major oil companies including ( Amoco, Shell, Marathon, and CITGO). Scott’s medical
project experience includes the construction of surgery suites, X-Ray labs, MRI centers,
and a number of medical office buildings, facility expansion and renovation projects for
major hospitals in Indiana and Ohio. Scott Has also constructed a number of recreation
and multi use event facilities for sports training and spectators. His experiences are the
base that has given him the ability to take charge of any construction situation.
Scott is currently a member of The Commercial Board of Realtors, The National Association
of Realtors, past member of The South Carolina Building Code
Council, and past member of The Society for Marketing Professional Services.
A graduate of Ball State University, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology
and Business.
